I bought my car through them back in September 2012 and have since had two trips back for servicing :
1. Brake Upgrade
2. First Service
So far the service has been excellent and I have been very happy.
They really do make a big effort for their customers (greeted outside by name on arrival, escorted to courtesy car, tin of sweets on departure etc.)
The work done on the car has also been top notch ... the brakes have been great since the upgrade; and a slight front wheel imbalance (the common one?) was sorted free of charge during the first service.
